ParishCompass.org ("Parish Compass," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of the students and parishes who use it. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, safeguard, and share information when you use our website and services. It applies both to students who register on their own and to students whose information is added by their home parish.
Student information enters Parish Compass in one of two ways.
A parish may record a student from its own community, typically a young person graduating from the parish’s school or youth programs and heading to college. The parish enters the student’s name, email address, and graduation year, and may also enter a mobile phone number and the college the student plans to attend.
At this point the student does not have a Parish Compass account. The parish may later email the student an invitation with a personal code, and the student decides whether to create an account and link it to that record.
Each parish is responsible for obtaining the student’s consent before submitting their information (or a parent’s or guardian’s consent, for students under 18), following guidelines provided by the Eastern Diocese.
Anyone may create an account at ParishCompass.org on their own. These students provide their own information and agree to this Privacy Policy when they register.

Any student whose information is in Parish Compass can ask for it to be removed. This includes students who were added by a parish but never created an account. You may also:
